How fast do you respond?

Usually within 24 hours on business days. If it’s urgent, include URGENT in the subject and explain why.

Where do I send a bug report?

Use the Contact page and choose Bug Report. The more specific you are, the faster we can help.

What should a good bug report include?
  • Addon name + version
  • Server version (GMod) + OS
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected result vs. actual result
  • Error messages / console log (relevant excerpt)
I’m having installation issues — what’s the first step?

First, verify the files are placed correctly (e.g. garrysmod/addons/ or whatever folder the addon requires). Restart the server and check the console for errors.

How do I find errors in the console?

Open your server console and look for error lines. Copy a short excerpt (not the entire log) and include it in your message.

My addon works locally but not on the server

This is often caused by differences in permissions, file paths, or dependencies. Send your server OS, hosting type, and which other addons are running.

Can you help with configuration?

Yes. Choose Addon Support on Contact and include relevant config excerpts (without secrets).

I’m getting Lua errors — is it always your addon?

Not necessarily. Lua errors can be caused by addon conflicts. Send the error line and which addons you installed/changed most recently.

Which addons do you support?

See the Addons page. If you’re unsure, tell us which addon it is and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Can I submit a feature request?

Yes. Describe the use case and why it matters. If it’s a larger change, it may be handled as custom development.

How does billing / purchasing work?

It depends on where the product was purchased. Tell us where you bought it and what you’re trying to do (download, update, receipt).

I need a receipt

Send your name, email, and approximate purchase date. Please don’t send full card details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled case-by-case depending on the product and platform. Contact us with order info and a short explanation.

Do you build custom addons / scripts?

Yes. Choose Custom Development on Contact and include scope, budget (optional), and desired deadline (optional).

How much does custom development cost?

Pricing depends on requirements and complexity. A good estimate needs a short spec (what, why, and how success is measured).

How long does a custom project take?

Anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Timeline depends on scope, feedback loops, and how quickly issues can be reproduced.

How do I log in?

Go to Login. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” from there.

Use Forgot password. Also check your spam/junk folder for the reset email.

Can I change my email or name?

If your account supports it, you can do it under Settings. Otherwise, contact us.

What information should I not send?

Never send passwords, server RCON, API keys, or full payment details. If we need anything sensitive, we’ll ask in a safe way.

Is my message private?

We only use your contact details to reply and handle your request. See our Privacy Policy.

What do I do if there’s an addon conflict?

Try disabling addons one by one (or in groups) to isolate the conflict. Send us the list of the last 3 addons you installed.

Can you help with performance issues?

Yes, but we need data. Send: map, player count, server specs, and what triggers lag (e.g. a specific menu/feature).

I’m not getting a reply — what now?

Check spam/junk. If you still don’t get a response, send a short follow-up with the same subject and any references.

Can I attach files?

Prefer links (e.g. Pastebin, Gist, or a cloud link) instead of large attachments. Share only what’s necessary.

Do you offer weekend support?

We primarily respond on business days, but we often check in. Tell us if something is time-critical.

How do I suggest an improvement to the website?

Send us a message with a concrete suggestion and (optionally) a screenshot. Smaller improvements often ship quickly.

I changed my email after my purchase

Send both emails (old and new) and your order info so we can find the right transaction.

Do you support specific gamemodes?

Some addons are gamemode-agnostic, others are built for e.g. DarkRP. Tell us which gamemode you run and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Can you integrate with Discord / webhooks?

Yes. Tell us what kind of integration you want (logs, commands, tickets, payments) and where data should be sent.

Can I give you access to my server?

We rarely need direct access. If it becomes necessary, we’ll agree on a safe approach (temporary access, limited permissions).
