1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BlueWire Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

BlueWire Studio provides:

• Garry's Mod addon development and sales
• Custom development services for game servers
• Support and maintenance for our products
• User accounts and contract management system

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may request account deletion by contacting support

4. Contracts and Legal Agreements

All custom development work is governed by legally binding contracts created through our platform:

• Contracts are compliant with EU eIDAS regulation for digital signatures
• By signing a contract, you explicitly consent to its terms
• Digital signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures
• All contract actions are logged with IP addresses and timestamps for legal verification
• Contracts cannot be modified after both parties have signed

5. Purchases and Payments

Addon Purchases:

• Addon purchases are made through GmodStore
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Custom Development:

• Payment terms are specified in individual contracts
• Typical payment schedule: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• Refunds are handled according to contract terms

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

• All addons, code, and content remain the intellectual property of BlueWire Studio
• Purchasing an addon grants you a license to use it, not ownership
• You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our products

Custom Development:

• Ownership of custom work is defined in individual contracts
• Typically, you receive exclusive usage rights upon full payment

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to breach our security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our addons
• Share, resell, or redistribute our products without permission
• Use our services to harm others or transmit malicious code
• Impersonate BlueWire Studio or our staff

8. Support and Warranties

Support:

• We provide support through email and our chat system
• Support response time: typically within 24 hours
• Support duration for custom work is defined in contracts

Warranties:

• Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We do not guarantee our products will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for damages caused by use of our products

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueWire Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage informal resolution through direct communication
• These terms are governed by Danish law
• Disputes will be resolved in Danish courts
• EU consumers retain their mandatory consumer protection rights

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
